DLS Provides Smart Scalability for Manageable Growth

Project Coordination

DLS project coordination team supports the integrator’s project manager to coordinate DLS resource efforts making them a seamlessly integrated part of the team.

Last Mile Staging & Logistics

The DLS NY warehouse provides last mile staging and logistics in NY, CT, NJ and surrounding areas. Equipment receipt, inventory, serial number capture, job / room labeling, and local delivery helps assure that equipment and materials are on site, ready for installation, when needed.

Drafting

DLS offers integrators drafting services for facilities plans, electrical plans, system flow plans, details plans or as-built drawing requirements.

Installation

DLS technicians deployed to site to pull & terminate cable, mount devices, and prep site for integrator commissioning.

Rack Fabrication

DLS technicians inventory, mount, and wire all rack mount equipment and prep for integrator commissioning.

Audio DSP Configuration

DLS offers audio DSP configurations services to support integrator scalability. Experienced technicians will configure and optimize the audio system on behalf of, or in support of, the integrator.

System Commissioning

DLS Commissioning Technicians complete room deployments on behalf of the integrator. Full system configuration, functionality testing, documentation, and customer sign off is provided.

Service Contracts

DLS offers service contract options for integrators to support their customer’s needs. Fixed contracts are available for preventative maintenance and/or break fix dispatch with a guaranteed service level agreement. DLS also provides best effort a la carte emergency service dispatch services for customers outside fixed contracts.

Control System Programming

DLS offers control system programming services to support integrator scalability. Programmers will create a unique room specific program or configure integrator standards to support functionality of the system.
